Buyer has agreed to place a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $250 to reserve a puppy.  Picking order will be based on the date the deposit / contract is received. Seller reserves the right to have first pick of the litter.  All reserved puppies will be picked at about the fifth week of age.  Buyer is aware their initial reservation cannot hold up the selection process of those after them by missing their selection date. His/her turn will be forfeited to the next in line in such an event.

The remaining balance shall be paid at time of pickup or one week in advance if being delivered (or paid by check). Full balance will need to be paid for any puppy being held over their 8 week old birth date. There will be a boarding fee for any puppy being kept over its going home date.
